David Podesta

David Podesta has a diverse work experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. David currently works as a Sales Manager for Protein Metrics Inc, focusing on the biopharmaceutical sector and the use of Mass Spectroscopy in drug development. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Executive Sales Specialist at Illumina, specializing in informatics. David also worked as the Director of Sales, Europe at BlueBee, a genomics solutions provider. David gained experience as an Account Executive at Cenduit, a leading provider of eClinical solutions, and as an Executive Account Manager at Illumina. Before that, they served as the Director of Life Sciences at Dassault Systèmes and Strategic Account Director at Accelrys, now Biovia. David also worked as a Business Development Manager at Intrasphere Technologies and held various roles at Oracle and Elsevier Life Sciences MDL, where they focused on business development and account management in the life sciences industry.

David Podesta completed their PhD and BSc (Hons) 2i in Chemistry from an undisclosed institution between 1984 and 1991. Prior to that, they attended Leek High School, although the duration of their enrollment and any degrees or fields of study obtained there are unknown.
