Kayla Minichini

Kayla Minichini has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kayla started their career at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. in 2011, where they worked as a Laboratory Technician in different divisions such as R&D, Specialty Products, Fabric Care, and Pet Care. From there, they moved to Crayola in 2016, where they worked as a Scientist in R&D, Technical Exploration, and Process Development. In 2017, they joined Wacker Chemical Corporation as a Chemist II in Application Development and Technical Service for Adhesives & Sealants. In 2020, they transitioned to Accenture, where they held roles as a Business Process Development Senior Analyst and IS&S Delivery Specialist. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Protein Metrics, LLC since 2023.

Kayla Minichini obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Georgian Court University. Kayla attended the university from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2021.
