Shanqiao Wei

Shanqiao Wei is a Senior Scientist at Proteios Technology. Prior to joining Proteios Technology, Shanqiao Wei worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Cayman Chemical from July 2018 to May 2019, where they were a major contributor to an awarded 1.5 million SBIR phase II grant proposal. Shanqiao Wei has also worked as a Post Doc at the University of Michigan Medical School from December 2016 to July 2018, where they worked on research projects investigating the epigenetic regulation of pancreatic cancer progression and metastasis.

Shanqiao Wei completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Cancer Research at Wayne State University. Prior to that, they completed a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Shanqiao Wei began their educational career with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from East China Normal University.
