Malcolm Jamison

Malcolm Jamison has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2019, they worked as a Regulatory Project Assistant at AstraZeneca. Malcolm then moved on to PROTEK Consulting LLC, where they started as a Tier II Desk Side Support for Hilton Corporate. Malcolm provided technical support, troubleshooted problems, and maintained documentation using the Service Now Ticketing System.

Earlier in their career, in 2018, Malcolm worked as an Information Technology Intern at TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. Malcolm also gained experience as a Tier 1 IT Support at R. Emmanuel Consulting & Training Center. In 2015, they worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at District of Columbia Public Schools, and as an Independent Contractor for Uber Rideshare.

Malcolm also had experiences in human resources at Onyx Consulting Services LLC in 2017 and executive leadership at Target in 2014. During their time at Target, they provided direction to a store team of 300 employees, implemented sales strategies, and developed business leaders.

Before that, Malcolm had an internship as a Capture and Procurement Specialist at Gatekeepers Internet Marketing from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they worked as a Field Engineer Intern at Turner Construction Company, where they conducted productivity reports and ensured timely completion of assigned work.

Currently, Malcolm is working at PROTEK Consulting LLC as Tier II Desk Side Support for Hilton Corporate.

Malcolm Jamison obtained a B.B.A degree in Business Management and Supply Chain Management from Howard University School of Business. Malcolm completed their degree in 2013. In 2019, they enrolled in the H.O.P.E. Project - Helpdesk Support Training Program where they obtained a certificate in H.O.P.E. Project IT Help Desk Certification. This certification included CompTIA A+ qualification, and they are expected to earn a CompTIA Security+ certification in September 2019.
