Ashley VanHoy, MPS, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ashley started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services in February 2020 and worked there until May 2021. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR operations.

In May 2021, Ashley joined Protenus as a People Operations Coordinator. Ashley successfully fulfilled this role for a year before being promoted to the position of People Operations Generalist in July 2022. Their time at Protenus has allowed their to further develop their skills and knowledge in managing HR functions.

Ashley VanHoy, MPS, SHRM-CP has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resource Management, from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business. This degree was earned from 2016 to 2018. Ashley also holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County, which was completed in 2015. Additionally, Ashley VanHoy obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2021.
