Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in validation engineering, calibration, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Manager of Validation Engineering at Proterra since June 2020, Justin has progressed through various roles, including Team Lead and Sr. Validation Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at ZF Group as a Mobile Service Engineer and Customer Quality Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed warranty analysis and transmission diagnostics. Additional roles at Koyo Bearings USA LLC as a Product Engineer and at Penske Racing as a Data Acquisition Engineer contributed to a well-rounded background in engineering design and data analysis. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
