Max-Jayde Romero

Max-Jayde Romero is an accomplished IT project manager with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Washington County Oregon since August 2019, Max-Jayde also holds dual roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Development Manager at Proteus Digital Health, Inc. since August 2017. Prior to these positions, significant contributions were made at Microsoft as a Senior Project Manager from April 2006 to February 2018, where project management expertise facilitated a successful transition to Azure Cloud and a cultural shift in employee performance management. Additional experience includes leading major software implementation projects at Vallent and AREVA T&D, as well as serving as a Technology Analyst at Accenture, focusing on supply chain requirements and ERP documentation for clients including Lombardi Software and Motorola. Max-Jayde holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from New Mexico State University.
