Yvonne Brubacher, CPA, MSA

Yvonne Brubacher, CPA, MSA has a long and varied work experience. Yvonne began their career in 1992 as the Controller for Realty Management Associates, where they were responsible for supervising the entire accounting staff and directing all financial reporting functions. In 1997, they were promoted to CFO/Director of Finance and Accounting at Bitco Enterprises, Inc., where they were responsible for analyzing the complete business cycle, conducting opportunity modeling, and presenting executives with comprehensive data for decisions on ventures. In 2000, they became the Controller at Communications Engineering, Inc., where they oversaw day-to-day Accounting and Finance functions and was the company liaison for the implementation of a standardized ERP system. In 2001, they founded, launched, and grew a successful retail business with two brick-and-mortar locations as the Chief Financial Officer of Greyt Enterprises, Inc. In 2006, they transitioned to general accounting at Hunt & Cogar CPA's PLC, where they conducted monthly financial reporting and payroll processing/taxes for a portfolio of retail/business clients. In 2010, they were selected by the Board of Directors to lead finance for a U.S.-based subsidiary of an Austrian privately owned aluminum component manufacturing company as the Controller for Neuman Aluminium Impact Extrusion. In 2016, they were recruited to lead finance of the six locations across the U.S. as the Group CFO Controller North America at Schauenburg International GmbH. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Protochips and the CFO/Advisor at DYBS LLC, where they provided business advisory services to support startup through mid-size companies globally.

Yvonne Brubacher, CPA, MSA obtained their Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento and their BS in Accounting with a minor in Human Resources from Strayer University. Yvonne also holds certifications from the Internal Revenue Service (PTIN) and the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners (Certified Public Accountant).
