Agnes Semington

Agnes Semington has over 30 years of experience in various human resources roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Protolabs, where they lead the global human resource team and focuses on creating an inclusive culture and fostering employee engagement. Prior to this, Agnes held the same position at IMAGINE, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function. Agnes also worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Shutterfly, Inc. and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lifetouch. Earlier in their career, Agnes held leadership positions at Smiths Medical, Aon Benfield, MetLife, and St. Paul Companies.

Agnes Semington holds a B.A. degree in English with a minor in Business from Saint Joseph's University. Additionally, they have pursued a M.Ed. degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
