Justin Smith has extensive work experience in IT support and related roles. Justin began their career in 2011 as an IT Field Technician at Colchester High School, where they provided help desk support and managed servers. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an IS Service Center Technician at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, where they provided frontline support to employees and contractors, installed hardware and software, and created operational procedures.

From 2015 to 2017, Justin served as an IT Help Desk Technician at The University of Vermont Medical Center. Justin then worked as a Computer Networking Engineer at SymQuest from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Justin held two concurrent positions as an IT Systems Specialist at MyWebGrocer and Mi9 Retail. Justin continued in this role at Mi9 Retail until October 2019.

From December 2019 to June 2020, Justin worked as an IT Support Specialist at Aspenti Health. Justin then transitioned to Evergreen Family Health, where they served as an IT Help Desk Technician from January to November 2021.

Most recently, Justin was an IT Support Specialist at Edlund Company LLC from November 2021 to September 2022. Justin is currently employed as an IT Onsite Support Specialist at Proton Dealership IT, starting in September 2022.

Justin Smith received their high school diploma from Essex Junction High School in 1998. Justin then went on to obtain an Associates Degree in Broadcasting from Champlain College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Later, Justin pursued further education at Champlain College and completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Justin obtained the HDI Customer Service Representative certification from HDI in March 2013.
