Eduardo Garcia is a Systems Engineer at ProTrans since October 2017, where responsibilities include serving as the final escalation point for server and cloud infrastructure issues, collaborating with management on technology implementation, and developing automation tools for operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Support Engineer, Helpdesk Agent Tier 1, IT Technician, and Customer Service Representative, with expertise spanning IT infrastructure management, software development, and technical support. Eduardo is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, having previously obtained a Computer Science Technician degree from the same institution.
