Robert Foster-Middleton has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Robert started their career at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in 1975, where they served as the Director for the UK until January 1978. Following this, they joined American Express as the Regional Vice President for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) from February 1978 to December 1989. In 1990, Robert joined Alexander Proudfoot as the Executive Vice President & Managing Director for the Americas, where they continue to serve.
Robert Foster-Middleton attended Filton Management College from 1967 to 1970, where they studied Economics, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering. In 1981, they enrolled in Hult Ashridge and pursued a degree in International Business, focusing on Marketing and Business Management.
