Yonathan Elbaz

Yonathan Elbaz has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles within the food and nutrition industry. Yonathan most recently served as the Sales Director EMEA North & East at PROVA SAS starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Sales Director at Natural Origins from February 2017 to December 2020. Yonathan also held positions at NATUREX, where they were the Export Sales Director from April 2013 to January 2017 and the Area Sales Manager for the Mediterranean Area from September 2008 to March 2013. Yonathan began their career as a Sales Manager at Avantage Nutrition from January 2006 to August 2008.

Yonathan Elbaz pursued their higher education in the field of chemistry. From 2000 to 2002, they attended LTCB La forbine and obtained a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Chemistry. Following that, they enrolled at Aix-Marseille University from 2003 to 2006, where they acquired a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing applied to Chemistry. Their focus during those years was on sales in the field of chemistry.
