Mithileash M. is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Prove since May 2021, Mithileash has held various roles including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Full Stack Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Patreon, RenaissanceRe, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mithileash began their career as a Software Developer at Susquehanna International Group, LLP, focusing on quant development and trading applications.
