Jenny MARTIN is an experienced professional currently serving as Gérante at JM Aixtra since September 2021, where responsibilities include relationship management in the restaurant sector, focusing on sporting clubs, caterers, and restaurateurs, as well as mobile bar services and grazing platter preparation. In addition, Jenny has been providing recruitment consultancy for Provence Rugby since September 2015.
