Julie Beal-Swalve

Julie Beal-Swalve is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in counseling and special education. Currently serving as a High School Counselor at Kerrville ISD since July 2021, Julie previously worked as a Physician Recruiter at Provenir Healthcare and as a Reading & Special Education ELAR Teacher at Bandera Middle School from 2015 to 2021. Julie also has experience as a Vocational Transition SPED Teacher at Lubbock ISD, focusing on helping special needs students transition into adulthood. Additionally, Julie taught Resource Reading and English for grades 6-8 at Lubbock ISD/Irons Middle School and served as a Special Education Teacher at Lamesa ISD. Julie earned a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Wayland Baptist University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
