Nekecia Smith (Nikki)

Nekecia (Nikki) Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial support and claims management. Currently serving as a Financial Support Specialist at Sedgwick Claims Management Inc since September 2015, Nekecia has demonstrated strong skills in processing and evaluating claims, previously working as a Claims Associate-Consumer from January 2004 to September 2015. Additionally, Nekecia has been actively involved in the Usher Ministry at Providence Baptist Church since October 2005, progressing to the role of Usher Ministry Leader, where responsibilities include overseeing and training usher members, and administrating the ministry as Secretary.
