Janna Dolphin

Janna Dolphin currently serves as the Program Manager for Rehabilitative Services at Providence Care, where responsibilities include clinical and operational management, ensuring quality care for clients and leading an interprofessional team to achieve optimal outcomes. Prior experience includes various roles at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, such as Manager of Patient Flow, Regional Health Information System Project Lead, and Change Management Advisor, focusing on patient-centered care, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Janna previously worked at Providence Care in human resources and at Hotel Dieu Hospital in patient services. Janna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Health Studies and a Master's in Industrial Relations, both from Queen's University.
