Sheri Hundseth

Sheri Hundseth, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sheri is currently the Director of Indigenous Relations and Community Engagement at Providence Health Care since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Covenant Health Canada from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Manager of Learning and Development and Organization Development Consultant/Change Management Specialist. In these roles, they successfully led the change management and training strategy for a large-scale implementation project, managed a team of specialists, and facilitated discussions for two successful program implementations.

Before Covenant Health Canada, Sheri worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at PCL Constructors Inc from 2012 to 2015. Sheri introduced a highly successful employee-mentoring program and managed the summer student program for the professional development department. Sheri also served as a Senior Learning Advisor at NACG from 2011 to 2012, where they provided training and leadership development perspective for the organization and facilitated strategic planning sessions.

Sheri's earlier experience includes roles at WCB Alberta as a Corporate Learning Specialist from 2008 to 2011, where they developed and implemented competency-based strategies and coordinated all 360 assessments. Sheri also worked as a Training Analyst II and a Case Manager at WCB Alberta, where they developed courseware materials and coordinated training programs, as well as coordinated disability management and vocational rehabilitation services.

Sheri's career began in the education sector, where they worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Edmonton Public Schools from 1999 to 2004. In this role, they collaborated with various professionals to create individualized learning plans and covered the standard curriculum.
