Charlene Guanlao

Charlene Guanlao has extensive experience in healthcare information technology, currently serving as the Director of Lifecycle Engineering Services at Providence Health & Services since May 2013. Previous roles at Providence include Epic Applications Manager and IS Clinical Specialty Applications Supervisor. Prior to that, Charlene held the position of IS Departmental Applications Manager at Swedish Medical Center from April 2011 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes IT Application Support Supervisor and Application Support Specialist at The Polyclinic from August 2003 to April 2011, and Files Maintenance Specialist at Labcorp Dynacare from August 2002 to August 2003. Charlene obtained a degree from the University of Washington, studying from 1998 to 2002.
