Alex Rivero has a strong background in IT management. Alex started their career as an IT Manager at J. Brown from January 2000 to May 2004. Alex then worked as an IT Manager at TracyLocke from March 2004 to July 2007. After that, they joined Pathways as an IT Manager in October 2007, and eventually promoted to Director of Support Services & EHR from December 2013 to the present. In their roles, Alex has been responsible for managing IT teams, delivering technology solutions, setting service level agreements, and reducing Helpdesk tickets through training programs. Alex has also had experience in customer service and troubleshooting support for large employee populations.
Alex Rivero earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Central Connecticut State University between 1990 and 1994.
