Josue F.

Josue F. began their work experience in 2007 as an IT Analyst at Gramense. Josue then worked at GRASS Indústria Gráfica as a Text and Image Editor from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Body Nutry Suplementos as a Marketing Analyst. From 2016 to 2020, Josue worked at Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, where they held the position of IT Support, Digital and Marketing Content Creator. During this role, they created digital menus and marketing content while providing general IT and computer support. In 2016, they also worked briefly at TRE-Electoral College-Brazil as an Electronic Ballot Box Support, responsible for administrative and operational support during the municipal elections. Since 2020, Josue has been working at Providence Technology Solutions as an Implementation Consultant. In this role, they interact intensively with clients, gathers technical requirements, and analyzes and solves issues related to Time, Labor Management, and Advanced Scheduler modules. Josue also implements cloud-based Kronos Workforce Ready (UKG WFR) Time Keeping to accurately capture time data and provide real-time labor insights for clients.

Josue F. completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from UniFeob, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they also pursued English Language Studies (ELS) at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis for two years. Additionally, in 2007, Josue completed a course on Fundamentals of Linux System at Senac in Sao Joao da Boa Vista, Brazil. Prior to their university education, they attended Microlins in Sao Jose do Rio Pardo from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Installation and Maintenance of Computers and Networks.

In terms of certifications, Josue has obtained several additional certifications. In October 2016, they completed the Personal Financial and Stock Market Invest certifications from XP INVESTIMENTOS. Josue also attended the AWSomeday Online Conference organized by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2020. In October 2020, they obtained the Ready Time Core certification from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), and in January 2021, they completed the Ready Scheduler Core certification from the same institution. Most recently, in February 2022, Josue obtained the Google Data Analytics certification from Coursera.
