Brendan McPhillips

Brendan McPhillips has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager at Provident Bank since April 2022. Prior to this role, Brendan held various positions at KeyBank from September 2011 to April 2022, including Commercial Real Estate Analyst, Underwriter, and Senior Portfolio Manager, after First Niagara Bank's acquisition by KeyBank in 2016. Brendan's career also includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst and Underwriter at Citizens Bank from May 2007 to September 2011, and as a Mortgage Banker and Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Assoc. between February 2000 and May 2007.
