Madison Babicka

Madison Babicka is a Project Manager at ProviderTrust. Madison has over three years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in quality assurance and project management.

Madison began their career at Epic in August 2018 as a Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for healthcare organizations migrating from paper to electronic health records. Madison also presented software functionality to providers and executive stakeholders, and facilitated weekly team meetings to drive project development.

In October 2020, Madison was promoted to Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw project scope definition, direction setting, workflow adoption, testing, and end user training for healthcare organizations previously documenting on paper. Madison also presented software functionality to providers and executive stakeholders to clarify project deliverables and identify expected outcomes between clients and Epic.

In April 2021, Madison was again promoted, this time to Testing Captain. In this role, they were responsible for assigning responsibilities and managing overall quality, test plan review, workload, issue documentation and prioritization for a team of 18 testers. Madison also drove meetings with designers, developers, stakeholders and technical support to set expectations and understand customer workflow.

Madison is an expert in quality assurance and project management in the healthcare industry. Madison is a strong leader and mentor, and is dedicated to helping their team succeed.

Madison Babicka graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics. Madison then went on to study at Radboud University, also earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics.
