Bill Palmer

Bill Palmer, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in project management. Bill is currently serving as the Project Services Team Lead at Provincial Health Services Authority. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Professional Services at Corix Utilities for 12 years. Before that, they worked as a Senior Lead Consultant at The RSC Group for 6 years. Bill's career began at BCAA, where they held the role of Project Management Office (PMO) Manager and was responsible for designing and implementing project management methodology. Bill also acted as a Project Manager to assess compliancy of internal processes and applications.

Bill Palmer, PMP has a diverse education history. Bill began their education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from 1987 to 1989. During the same period, they also attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and received a degree in Business Administration with a similar focus.

Later, they enrolled in ISACA in 1993 and earned a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Following this, they pursued further education at Microsoft Business Solutions from 2001 to 2007, becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer and earning a certification in Navision.
