Moises Castro

Moises Castro, MBA, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Clinical Services & Program Operations Manager at the Provincial Health Services Authority since October 2024. Prior to this role, Moises held the position of Associate Director for Long-Term Care and Assisted Living at Vancouver Coastal Health from May 2022 to August 2024. Experience also includes roles as a Quality Consultant for Informatics, Site Leader, and Director of Care at Park Place Seniors Living, Inc., as well as Staff Registered Nurse positions at Interior Health Authority and Baptist Housing. Moises has a robust background in long-term care administration, having served as Associate Director of Care and Executive Director at Sienna Senior Living and a General Manager/Director of Care at Lake Country Lodge & Manor.
