Nico V.

Nico V. is an experienced law enforcement professional with a robust background in illegal economy coordination and investigation. Since July 2005, Nico V. has served in various capacities at Lokale Politie Dilbeek, currently holding the position of Hoofdinspecteur / Rechercheur and acting as the coordinator for illegal economy initiatives, which involve multidisciplinary collaboration to address local fraud issues. Concurrently, since February 2008, Nico V. has contributed as a lecturer at the politieschool PIVO, focusing on illegal economy education and collaboration with external partners. Previous experience includes roles at Securitas as a profiler and auditor, along with freelance consultancy in law enforcement training. Nico V. holds a Licentiate in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Candidate degree in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel.
