Sydney MacIsaac

Sydney MacIsaac has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sydney currently holds the position of Client Success Manager at Provision Analytics, where they are responsible for managing client relationships. Prior to joining Provision Analytics, Sydney served as the Chief Executive Officer of Travel Bff, leading a team in creating an app to empower women to travel solo. Sydney utilized design thinking methodologies throughout the project, conducting research, user interviews, and implementing various iterations and ideas. Sydney also worked as a Client Success Manager at Virtual Gurus, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships between clients and virtual assistants. Additionally, they gained experience in process improvement and supply chain management as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and Supply Chain Intern at Cargill. Sydney has also held positions as a Team Lead at Saje Natural Wellness, a Sales Associate at Plenty Stores, and a Key Holder at Roots.

Sydney MacIsaac completed an Applied Product Management Bootcamp at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management also from SAIT, which was completed between the years 2014 and 2019. Additionally, Sydney MacIsaac obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Cargill in November 2020 and an Applied Product Management Project Certification (Digital Transformation Bootcamp) from SAIT in August 2022.
