Felipe Ricardo da Silva has a diverse work experience in sales and agriculture.

Felipe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in 2015. Following that, in 2016, they attended the University of Minnesota, where they pursued studies in the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences specifically related to Agricultural Sciences. In 2017, they completed a postgraduate course in Agribusiness from the Universidade Federal do Paraná.

In 2018, Felipe enrolled in the Universidade Federal de Viçosa to pursue a postgraduate specialization in Plant Protection, which they completed in 2019.

Recently, in 2022, Felipe began pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Management through the MBA program offered by USP/Esalq (Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz - University of São Paulo).

In addition to their formal education, Felipe has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2019, they completed the Dale Carnegie - Sales Advantage course from Dale Carnegie Training. In 2020, they obtained the Dale Carnegie Course certification from the same institution. In 2021, Felipe earned certifications in Business Development, Leadership, and Networking from FIA Business School, as well as Negotiation and Conflict Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
