Smriti Sharan

Smriti Sharan has a diverse set of work experience in the field of human resources. Smriti began their career as a Blog Writer/Marketing Intern at Coolpix App in February 2021, where they created original content for various publications. Smriti then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Associate at Virtually Testing Foundation, where they assisted with recruitment, conducted interviews, and managed candidate pools. Smriti later served as a Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they developed training processes, facilitated onboarding sessions, and conducted off-boarding procedures for interns. Most recently, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Provivi, Inc., conducting new hire orientations, assisting with recruitment, and updating management presentations.

Smriti Sharan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they completed in 2021. Smriti is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, with an expected completion date of 2022.
