Dima Krasnoshlyk

Dima Krasnoshlyk has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dima is currently the Director of Operations at Proxet, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Project and Innovations Officer at FLOW- Ethical Credit Management from February 2021 to May 2022. From October 2018 to February 2021, Dima served as the Chief Operations Officer at SolarHome. Before that, they held the position of Director, Global IT Infrastructure at Astound Commerce from March 2016 to October 2018. Dima also has experience in the banking sector, having worked at Platinum Bank Украина from 2011 to 2016, where they held various roles including Member of the Board, Chief Operations Officer (COO), COO, Deputy COO, and Head of Contact Center Division. Prior to their work at Platinum Bank, Dima worked at UniversalBank as the Head of CallCenter and Phonebanking services from June 2008 to December 2010. Dima also held the position of Deputy Head of CallCenter at Utel from August 2007 to June 2008. In addition, Dima has experience as a Retail Sales Director at CAN/Pragmatica from December 2006 to July 2007. Dima began their career as a Techconsult Groupleader at Ukrainian Mobile Communications in 2004 and later founded DotCom Ukraine in December 2003.

Dima Krasnoshlyk obtained a master's degree in Marketing from Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their first master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dniprodzerzhynskij Derzavnij Tehnicnij Universitet, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
