Oleksandra Zubrykhina is a skilled recruitment professional with experience in managing and leading recruitment teams. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Proxify since May 2021, Oleksandra oversees a team of five recruiters, focusing on performance management, goal setting, and data-driven reporting while facilitating onboarding and mentoring for junior colleagues. Proficient in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including DevOps, Data Science, and Frontend development, Oleksandra has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Temy and previously held roles in video editing and acting.
