Katarina Borstedt

Katarina Borstedt currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Proxify, a position held since February 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of People and Performance at Instabox and Director of Growth at Northvolt, where Katarina focused on workforce strategies and organizational structures. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in talent management and development at Ahlstrom-Munksjö and Munksjö, and consulting roles at PwC and Deloitte, specializing in human resource transformation and strategic planning. Katarina began their career as a summer intern at SCA Packaging and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
