Joel Reid

Joel Reid is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Proxima Clinical Research, Inc., since January 2020, providing consulting on regulatory pathways and managing FDA regulatory filings including 510(k), De Novo, and IND submissions. Previously, Joel served as a Regulatory Associate, focusing on medical device submissions. Earlier experience includes roles at Farinas Winery & Cafe as a Host/Expeditor and an internship at Josua-Gemeinde Schenefeld, where translation services were provided at a baseball camp. Joel's background also features research assistance at Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System, coding data for qualitative analysis and conducting participant recruitment. Additional roles include serving as a waiter at Ketzler’s Schnitzel Haus and a host at Babe’s Chicken Dinner House. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and German from Baylor University between 2014 and 2018.
