Jordanna Jakeway has over a decade of experience in administrative and business support roles. Currently serving as the Business Support Manager at Proxima Group since April 2012, Jordanna oversees a team of eight administrative support officers within the Shared Service Centre, contributing to the operations of a growing Procurement Outsourcing provider. Previously, as a Sourcing Support Coordinator at Proxima, Jordanna led a team responsible for managing the competitive process and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function. Early career experience includes serving as an Administrative Officer at Jobcentre Plus from August 2009 to March 2012, where Jordanna provided face-to-face customer service and benefits advice to newly registered customers. Jordanna is an alumnus of Wycliffe College, having studied there from 2003 to 2008.
