Victoria Hatcher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Global Head of Marketing at Proximie, a position they assumed in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director - Marketing Strategy + Operations at Proximie from September 2021 to September 2022.

In addition to their role at Proximie, Victoria is a Marketing Academy Alumni Council Member at The Marketing Academy, where they have been involved since September 2022. Victoria is also a Board Trustee at Include since February 2022.

In this role, they were responsible for building a new marketing team and improving the brand and proposition of the NHS Test and Trace campaign.

Prior to their work in the public sector, Victoria held positions in the healthcare and charity sectors. Victoria served as the Director of Marketing, Branding, and Fundraising at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth & St John's Hospice. Victoria also worked as a Senior Marketing Lead at Danone Early Life Nutrition, where they managed a £15m portfolio and led the development and management of the Aptamil and Cow & Gate brands.

Victoria has also been involved in mentoring and judging roles. Victoria served as a Mentor at The Prince's Trust from May 2018 to June 2020 and acted as a DMA Awards Judge at DMA UK from October 2015 to May 2019.

Additionally, Victoria is a Fellow of The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) since April 2015.

Victoria Hatcher began their education in 2004 at the University of Leeds, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Media. Victoria completed this program in 2007. In 2009, they enrolled at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, specializing in the field of Marketing. This program lasted from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Victoria attended the University of Leicester, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing, specializing in Marketing. Their studies at the University of Leicester concluded in 2012. Additionally, in 2011, they briefly attended Birkbeck, University of London, where they focused on SQL and coding.
