Waref Ghazal is an experienced professional with a background in monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as a Field Monitor at Proximity International since March 2019, Waref previously held positions at Blumont, Inc. as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer from July 2017 to February 2019, and at Adam Smith International in various roles including Field Officer and Project Researcher Specialist from January 2016 to December 2017.
