Nikhil Ballal

Nikhil Ballal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nikhil is currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proximity Works, where they are responsible for recruiting top talent and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Nikhil worked as a Recruitment Consultant at WOLVES by UpGrad, where they built high-performance tech teams for various clients. Nikhil also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Bonito Designs and as a Remote Content Writer at its my tutor. Nikhil Ballal completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce and Human Resource Management from Amity Global Business School in Bangalore. Nikhil studied at the school from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, Nikhil attended Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued studies in Commerce. Additionally, in April 2023, Nikhil obtained a certification called the "Creator Course" from Instagram.
