Laurent Lemay has extensive experience at Proximus since August 2013, currently serving as Head of Customer & Market Intelligence, overseeing a team of over 25 experts in design thinking, market research, and analytics. Laurent holds SAFe 5 certification and plays a key role in various strategic and transformation teams. Previous positions include Head of Customer Insights & Analytics, where Laurent launched the User Research Hub and managed customer performance metrics, and Head of Customer Insights & Design Thinking, responsible for the Voice of the Customer program. Early career experience includes the role of Market Research Manager, where Laurent initiated a Design Thinking transformation and participated in the Accelerated Leadership Development Program. Laurent began at Proximus in September 2007 as a Young Potential, focusing on product management and customer experience. Educational background includes a Business Engineer degree from Université catholique de Louvain.
