Bruce Brown

Senior Research Associate (for select projects) at PRR

Bruce Brown has a wide range of work experience in various positions and industries. Bruce started their career as an Associate Professor of Sociology at Wilkes University in 1979 and held this role until 1989. From 1990 to 1996, they worked at Mediplex Rehab as the Program and Executive Director. Bruce then joined Public Health - Seattle & King County as an Evaluation Coordinator from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, Brown joined PRR where they held multiple roles, including Director of Research, Senior Director Client Services, Senior Director, and Senior Research Associate for select projects. Brown was also involved with the Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College Design Thinking Program as an Advisory Board Member starting in 2020. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Research Consultant for a private contractor since 2023.

Bruce Brown obtained a B.A. in Sociology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1970 to 1973. Bruce then pursued further education at the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained an M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from 1974 to 1979. In 2007, Bruce obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Researcher from the Marketing Research Association.
