Jenny Thacker

Jenny Thacker has over 15 years of project management and facilitation experience in various sectors including non-profit, higher education, and private sectors. Jenny currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at PRR, where they manage public engagement processes for transportation improvements along the I-90 corridor and facilitates community outreach for corridor improvements along US 12. Prior to PRR, Jenny worked at Tilth Alliance as the Corporate Foundation and Government Relations Director, where they conducted research, developed and implemented projects, and fostered relationships with government officials. Jenny also served as the Director of Environment and Education Programs at Tilth Alliance, where they managed staff, ensured consistency across programs, and cultivated partnerships. Before that, Jenny worked as a Project Manager at Burst for Prosperity and as a Consultant at Sound Policy Analysis and Consulting. Jenny started their career at the University of Washington, first as a Researcher at the Advancement Research and Relationship Management department and later as a Development Assistant at the College of Arts and Sciences. Jenny also worked as a Talent Specialist at Another Source.

Jenny Thacker completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Washington, Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies in 1999. Jenny later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, University of Washington, completing it in 2008.
