Sidney Orr

Sidney Orr has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2016, Orr worked as the Office of Government Relations Organizing Coordinator at ASUW | Associated Students of the University of Washington, where they organized and executed campus-wide voter registration drives and civic engagement activities. From 2017 to 2018, Orr served as an External Communications Intern at the City of Seattle, assisting with community outreach, multimedia development, and social media. In 2018, they became the Campus Sustainability Fund Project Manager at the University of Washington, responsible for bridging communications between campus stakeholders and student project teams. In 2019, Orr joined Stepherson & Associates Communications as a Project Coordinator, supporting public engagement for capital planning projects and developing strategic communications materials. From 2020 to 2023, Orr worked at EnviroIssues in various roles, including Associate II, Associate, and Project Coordinator. In these positions, they managed communication and outreach teams, collected and analyzed stakeholder data, and carried out community outreach activities. Currently, Orr is working as a Community Engagement Consultant at PRR.

Sidney Orr attended the University of Washington from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Resource Management.
