Andrea Dabney

Andrea Dabney is the Vice President of Loan Origination at Prudent Lenders. Andrea has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on online lending.

Andrea started their career at a small community bank in their hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Andrea then moved to New York City to work for a large commercial bank. After a few years working in commercial lending, they transitioned to the online lending space Pursuit.

At Pursuit, Andrea was responsible for decisioning loan applications, preparing closing documents, and funding approved loans. Andrea also reported pertinent portfolio data to Pursuit Senior Management on a weekly/monthly basis and assisted in preparation of Board reports on a quarterly basis.

In their current role at Prudent Lenders, Andrea is responsible for overseeing the entire loan origination process. Andrea works with borrowers to ensure they are getting the best possible loan products to meet their needs. Andrea is committed to providing affordable financing fast, with the added benefit of monitoring by the Business Advisory Services team to move the application to different financing options at a later point in time.

Andrea Dabney has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Clarkson University Graduate School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Siena College.
