Melina Ardiyani

Melina Ardiyani has over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Manager - National Account Head at Prudential Indonesia since May 2008. In this role, Melina manages business across various levels in appointed accounts, focusing on sales management, new product development, and account relationships. Previous positions include Business Development Manager and Assistant Manager Business Development at Prudential, where responsibility included project monitoring and maintaining business relationships. Prior to Prudential, Melina worked at PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia as Assistant Manager in the Corporate Planning Department, developing new products and marketing initiatives, and at PT LG Insurance Indonesia as Marketing Support Head and Legal Officer, overseeing marketing support activities and legal matters. Melina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Universitas Indonesia.
