Brad Hearn is the president of Retail Advice and Solutions, which brings together the extraordinary face-to-face advice expertise of Prudential Advisors with Prudential’s Hybrid Advisory team and digital advice capabilities – creating a single organization with end-to-end accountability for delivering holistic financial advice and solutions across the entire advice continuum.

Prudential Advisors, the cornerstone of Retail Advice and Solutions, is Prudential’s national sales organization of more than 3,000 financial professionals, advisors and fee-based financial planners who offer clients a broad range of financial solutions.
Previously, Hearn served as executive vice president of Business Consulting for the Independent Advisor Services unit of LPL Financial, responsible for the growth, satisfaction and retention of independent advisors. Earlier, he was executive vice president of LPL Insurance Associates.
Hearn has more than 20 years of experience in strategic sales and operations leadership within the financial services industry. Prior to joining LPL in 2009, he worked at Charles Schwab for 13 years, most recently as vice president of Charles Schwab Institutional, where he oversaw a 415-employee organization responsible for delivering superior service and operational excellence to more than 3,000 RIA customers. Hearn advanced into the role following highly successful roles as director of Charles Schwab Institutional and as a manager at Charles Schwab. He began his career as a stockbroker for the Olde Discount Corporation.
Hearn earned an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona. He is FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24, and 63 registered.
