Hal Binkley

Hal Binkley has extensive experience in sales and account management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Consultant and previously as a Regional Sales Manager at Reliance Standard since February 2016, Hal Binkley has developed a strong background in managing client relationships. Before joining Reliance Standard, Hal Binkley worked at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as a Senior Account Executive from August 2004 to February 2016. Additionally, Hal Binkley was a National Practice Consultant at Unum, where responsibilities included launching the National Practice in 1999, targeting companies with 2000 or more employees. Hal Binkley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi.
