Jonathan Harris

Jonathan Harris serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Prudential Financial since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan spent over three decades at McKinsey & Company, starting as an Associate in the Los Angeles Office in 1987, advancing to Partner in 1994, and ultimately becoming a Senior Partner in 2000. Jonathan’s earlier career included a position as an Auditor at Touche Ross & Co. from January 1983 to August 1985. Educationally, Jonathan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (1985-1987) and a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Davis (1978-1982).
