Lee Diaz

Lee Diaz is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at Prudential Financial since August 2018, Lee engages in executing strategic initiatives and overseeing USGAAP reporting for Prudential's Emerging Market operations. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Manager for Financial Reporting at Prudential, where oversight of USGAAP reporting for Prudential of Japan and consolidation of Profit Center results for the International Business was managed. Lee's career began at J.P. Morgan as a Specialist in Financial Reporting, followed by an Associate position in Financial Analysis within Central FP&A. Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Rutgers Business School.
