Pawel Brzeski

Pawel Brzeski has over 16 years of experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector, currently serving as Director of the Customer Office at Prudential Financial since September 2017. Prior to this, Pawel held various senior leadership positions at Citi, including Senior Vice President and Head of Global Digital Standards & Practices, where efforts focused on product and process standardization across multiple digital areas. Additional roles at Citi encompassed overseeing global consumer digital experience operations, governance and strategy development, and managing significant credit card launches. Pawel's career began with positions in business analysis and sales support, complemented by solid academic credentials, earning an MA in Corporate Strategic Management and Corporate Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Currently, Pawel is pursuing further education at the University of Calgary.
