Sharon Lichten-Stenger is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in content marketing, business ethics, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President, Content Marketing and Business Ethics Officer at Prudential Financial since September 2016, Sharon has led initiatives in content strategy and resource planning, while also spearheading marketing for the Individual Solutions Group. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Pepperidge Farm, Mondelēz International, Diageo, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, and Schering Plough, where Sharon demonstrated expertise in P&L management, brand strategy, and consumer insights. Sharon holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
